Upcoming: Hickboo projection mapped installation in the Edwardian cloakroom, Bristol

From the 8th to 13th January the Hickboo and other work will be on display in the Edwardian Cloakroom in Bristol. Please see below for the map of the location and more information.

‘The Hickboo’ is a small projection mapped story, where a wooden set is brought to life using animation and light, much like a backdrop for a theatre, which tells the story of a transparent goblin and his friend. We follow their adventure as the set changes and evolves, exploring the use of shape, light and colour. This innovative piece harnesses both traditional and digital art to create a highly engaging installation. Also on display will be small models made using laser cutting and electronics.

The Hickboo @ Blinc Digital Arts Festival 2013

The Hickboo made an appearance in the cinema truck at Blinc Digital Arts Festival today. After the show we couldn’t resist taking a quick picture of one of the highlights of Blinc, the monster laser. See below for photos of The Hickboo, which will be exhibiting on Sunday 27th from 11am by The Royal British Legion Club.
